Why doesn't Novari display prices?

Novari is an enterprise software platform deployed on-premise or in your cloud infrastructure. Pricing depends on your workflow volume, compliance requirements, and integrations—not headcount. Every organization's needs are different. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements and receive a quote tailored to your business.

How does pricing scale as my team grows?

Our Enterprise tier includes unlimited users. Your costs scale based on the complexity and volume of processes you automate, your compliance requirements, and custom integrations — not the size of your team. Starter supports up to 10 active users, making it ideal for teams beginning to standardize their workflows. Growing your Enterprise deployment doesn't automatically increase your bill. Expanding your workflow automation complexity or regulatory requirements may impact pricing.

Can I change tiers or upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Enterprise at any time. Contact your account manager or sales team to discuss changes to your plan.

What support is included in each tier?

Starter: Email support with 24-hour response SLA. Enterprise: Dedicated customer success manager, custom SLAs and response commitments per contract, and direct escalation paths. Both tiers include access to our knowledge base.

Do you offer free trials or a test environment?

Implementation & deployment

How long does it take to go live with Novari?

Starter customers can begin capturing processes immediately with self-serve onboarding. Enterprise timelines vary based on custom compliance configuration and integration scope (typically 6–12 weeks). We'll establish a timeline during your onboarding kickoff.

Can I run Novari on-premise, or only in the cloud?

Starter is cloud-only. Enterprise offers on-premise deployment as an option. Contact our sales team to discuss your deployment requirements.

Can you help migrate our existing documentation?

Yes. We support structured imports from common documentation platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, Google Docs, etc.). Our team assists with migration planning as part of your onboarding. Most migrations complete in 2-4 weeks, depending on volume and format complexity.

How many users can I have on each tier?

Starter: Up to 10 active users. Enterprise: Unlimited users. Both tiers allow you to add or remove users as your team needs change.

What compliance certifications does Novari hold?

Novari is undergoing SOC 2 Type II certification and is architected to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and regulated industry requirements.
